The Justice Court in the Village of Westhampton Beach is a court of limited jurisdiction. These courts can hear both Misdemeanor and Felony cases. However, any Felony matter will be referred to the County Court in Riverhead for later disposition. These courts will also hear civil matters. The Westhampton Beach Justice Court meets on a limited schedule for regular court business. During the busy summer months these hours will increase.
