The Suffolk County Court is where all Felony Criminal cases are tried. While some Felony matters are disposed of in the First District Court in Central Islip, once a case is presnted to a Grand Jury and an Indictment is returned, the case is referred to the County Court located in Riverhead for subsequent trial.
