The Justice Court in the Village of Quogue meets on a limited basis, usually one or two days per month for normal courtroom business. This increases during the busy summer months. The Justice Court is a court of limited jurisdiction that will hear both Misdemeanor and Felony matters. They will also hear civil cases that arise in the the Village of Quogue. Any felony matter will be removed to the Suffolk County Court in Riverhead for later disposition.
